There is a good chance that your child's list could contain one of the Dream Toys of 2013 which will be announced on 6th November.
There are already lots of predictions of what will appear on this list, and my guess is the Furby Boom will feature as one of the top Christmas toys of 2013. The Furby has a history of success, with over 40 million being sold when they were first introduced in the late nineties.
The latest generation of the popular Furby Family is more interactive than ever! One of the new features is a free to download app where you can play with your Furby and build your own Furbling city. Part of the play options include washing your Furby, taking him to the toilet (which I'm sure my six year old will find very entertaining!), feeding him a variety of 'interesting' foods, playing games and hatching eggs! 'How eggciting!'
The more you play with your furry friend the better it develops with a deeper understanding of the English language, learning more words and just like the earlier versions how you treat your Furby will shape it's personality. So don't forget to feed it!!
This what Hasbro say... Furby Boom has A Mind of Its Own and combines physical and digital ways to play! Interact with your Furby Boom 1 on 1 to shape its personality, and then hatch and raise digital Furby Furblings together in the Furby Boom app. This Furby Boom creature has more than twice as many responses as the previous Furby, remembers the name you give it, has 5 new personalities to discover and, on top of all that, it's hatching a new generation! The Furby Boom is aimed at children aged six plus and requires 4 AA batteries. The app is optional but is free to download from both Itunes and Google Play.
I have a Furby Boom in Sweet Straight Stripes worth £60.00 to give away to one lucky reader!! If you'd like to win it just follow the rafflecopter instructions below...
